Shipping + return policy
Shipping Policy ~
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days.
We offer Express and Standard delivery for both domestic and international orders.
You will receive a tracking number once your parcel has been shipped. If you can't locate it, please check your junk folder.
Delivery estimates are calculated from the date of dispatch, not from the order date. The estimated delivery times below are provided by our carriers and begin once your parcel has been shipped.
While we'll always help where we can, please understand that delays in transit may occasionally happen and are outside of our control.
Free Shipping
We are happy to offer free shipping! When you add items to your cart, you'll see whether your order qualifies or the amount needed to unlock free shipping. Free shipping orders will be sent with standard delivery.
For customers outside the UK: free shipping means we cover the cost of delivery. Customs fees are still the responsibility of the customer (see section below).
UK Shipping
UK orders are sent tracked with Evri.

International orders are sent tracked with Evri International.

Customs Fees
International orders may be subject to customs fees (sometimes called duty/import fees) once your package reaches your destination country. These charges are set by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
If customs fees are due, your local carrier or customs agency will contact you directly with payment instructions. If left unpaid, your parcel will be returned to us.
⚠️ Delivery scams are common. When in doubt about the legitimacy of a customs fee request, always use the tracking link sent in your original order confirmation email to check if fees are due and how to pay. If you're still unsure, please reach out to us at contact@aafie.co.uk - we will check directly for you.
Returns/refund policy ~
Because each piece is either handmade by Aafie or carefully chosen vintage, unfortunately we don't accept returns/refunds for change of mind. However, we want you to love what you receive, so please reach out to us before purchasing if you need any extra info/sizing/photos - we'll be happy to help!
We do, however, accept returns if there is a fault from our side. If we've missed something – a fault not shown in photos, or anything else that makes the item significantly not as described – just let us know within 14 days of delivery. Send photos and a brief explanation to contact@aafie.co.uk.
We'll review it, and if you're eligible for a return, we'll ask you to send the item back within 14 days of accepting the return (unworn, in original packaging). As we only accept returns for items not as described, return shipping is on us. Once we've received it, we'll refund the cost of the item.
