Last updated: Friday 15th May 2026
1. About us
Aafie (referred to as "we", "us", or "our") operates this website. We are a sole trader business based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at contact@aafie.co.uk.
2. These terms
By placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms. These terms apply to consumers only (individuals acting for purposes outside their business, trade, or profession).
3. Placing an order
When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging your order. We accept your order when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, but will always inform the customer if there is a need for cancellation and why.
4. Products and pricing
All product information will be clearly stated in the description.
5. Payment
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (where available). Payment is taken at the time you place your order.
6. Delivery
Our delivery aim is to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days.
Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the order date. For full delivery information, including UK and international shipping times and costs, please see our Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance. However, we are happy to answer any queries / get in touch with the courier - just email contact@aafie.co.uk.
7. International orders (customs fees)
If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These are set by your local customs authority and are your responsibility as the customer.
If fees are due, your local carrier will contact you directly. You usually have 7-10 business days to pay these fees before the parcel may be returned to us.
8. Your right to cancel (consumer rights)
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your goods.
To cancel, you must inform us clearly (by email to contact@aafie.co.uk) within the 14-day period.
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own cost within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. The goods must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
We will refund the price you paid for the goods within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return). We may reduce the refund if the goods show signs of unreasonable use or damage.
9. Returns and refunds
For full details on how to return items and our return policy, including final sale items and handling fees, please see our Returns Policy.
10. Faulty goods
If you receive faulty goods, please contact us immediately at contact@aafie.co.uk with your order number and photos of the fault. We will resolve the issue in line with your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
11. Events outside our control
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations if the delay or failure results from an event outside our reasonable control, including strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, or postal delays.
12. Privacy and data
Our Privacy Policy explains how Shopify (who hosts our website) collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our website, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your contract with us will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
