Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Conditions for returns:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition

  • Items must have all original tags attached

  • We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items (final sale)

How to start a return:
Contact us at contact@aafie.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with our return address.

Return shipping costs:
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. For international customers this includes custom fees.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. We aim to process refunds within 10 working days of receiving your returned item.

Faulty items:

Our vintage items are sold as described. Any faults, imperfections, or signs of age will be clearly noted in the product description and shown in photos.

Please review the description and photos carefully before purchasing. Issues that are clearly described or visible in the listing photos do not qualify for a return.

If we miss a fault that was not described or shown, please contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.
