Shipping Policy
We aim to ship within 1-3 working days.
We offer both Express and Standard delivery for both domestic and international orders.
You will receive a tracking number once your parcel has been shipped. If you can't locate this, please check your junk folder.
Delivery estimates are calculated from the date of dispatch, not from the order date. The estimated delivery times below are provided by our carriers and begin once your parcel has been shipped.
UK Shipping
UK orders are sent tracked with Evri & Royal Mail. We offer Standard (2-3 working days) and Express (1-2 working days) options.
International Shipping
International orders are sent tracked with Evri & DPD.

EU delivery: Standard 5-10 working days / Express 2-4 working days

Outside EU: Standard 5-12 working days / Express 3-6 working days
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once your package reaches your destination country. These charges are set by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
If customs fees are due, your local carrier or customs agency will contact you directly via email or SMS with payment instructions.
